Welcome to FlexAsk.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlexAsk.ai's AI-powered support automation platform and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• AI-powered support ticket automation and processing
• Automated PII detection and anonymization
• Business intelligence and analytics from support data
• Integration with existing support platforms (Zendesk, Jira, Freshworks, etc.)
• Custom AI model training and deployment
• Enterprise-grade security and compliance features

As a user of FlexAsk.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Respect all intellectual property rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FLEX PEEPS LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEX PEEPS LLC, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLEX PEEPS LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

• Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate or suspend immediately for breach of Terms
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, governmental action, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, or other unforeseeable cause that is beyond the reasonable control of such party.

14. Infrastructure Partners

Our Service relies on infrastructure provided by trusted partners including Linode (Akamai), Qdrant, and Neo4j. While we strive for continuous service availability, we are not responsible for any disruptions caused by our infrastructure partners.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming.

16. Electronic Communications

By using our Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices about your account and information concerning or related to our Service. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
